'Mission Accomplished': Watch Western Mass's Gabby Thomas Win Gold In 200 Meter Race

Gabby Thomas has rounded out her trophy case after claiming her first gold medal at the Paris Olympics on Tuesday, Aug. 6. She already had a silver and bronze medal from the 2020 Tokyo Games.

The 27-year-old Northampton sprinter entered Tuesday's race a favorite after her monster qualifying run on Monday, where she turned in a time of 21.86 seconds. She beat that Tuesday with a time of 21.82.

Julien Alfred of Saint Lucia and American runner Brittany Brown won silver and bronze respectively.
